We’re proud to be able to help a very talented artist with a show in Peterborough on Saturday 14th October.  LILITH AI returns to the city with new music and her very DIY merch.  Riot Grrrl at its acoustic soulful finest.Lilith has played a few our our shows, and also at a Battle Lines, and always goes down a storm.

This show is a Saturday afternoon (4-7pm) matinee on 14th October., in a small but friendly venue HERE WE AREN’T.  It’s very much at the heart of the local DIY scene these days (moved from Ralphy’s as they are closing down!).  It’s a great small venue – 40 ish capacity, with a dedicated room with PA, and a front area with cans / spirits / soft drinks available.  They take cards and cash.  It’s in Godrick Square, off Oundle road way (PE2 7JL) – and has a free car park right outside the door.

So it’s family-friendly (all ages more than welcome) – come one come all. There is a very small cover price ticket – or pay on the door.

SUPPORT:  Joining Lilith is Fyzz Wallis – local punk princess Fyzz is a well-known artist, having played more gigs than I’ve probably been to 😀   She brings her quirky and fun acoustic vibe to the party.

With the last update from Boris, it’s clear we cannot hold this event as is at Mama Lizs.  Therefore all tickets have been refunded.  BUT: We are putting on a free online streamed version though, so ‘see’ you there!

All raising dosh for Skate-aid charity.  Donations on our Just Giving page here.  We also have a new designed t-shirt to go with the gig – pre-orders being taken up to end of this gig – have a nose here.

Venue now will be STAY HOME – ENJOY THE STREAM  Kicking off early Friday 19th June evening and then running from 2.30pm Saturday 20th June!

AIRSTREAM FUTURES are a brilliant melodic punk rock band from Chicago. Two men, two women, post-hardcore in the vein of Saves The Day. Featuring members of The Methadones and The Bomb. Their new LP is out soon on Paper and Plastick Records (Red City Radio, The Swellers, Frank Turner). Produced by Rodrigo Palma of Saves the Day and Derek Grant of Alkaline Trio.

From the full on punk rockers and our good friends Beverley Kills, thru the folk punk duo Hello Mabel, the quirky indie pop punky Perkie, to the street soul songs of Lilith Ai.
