The Scary Clown Presents: The Crippens Pizzatramp and Rabies Babies

crippins and pizzatramp gig poster

They’re back! The Crippens are coming to turn your pumpkins bad and what makes it worse is that they’re bringing Pizzatramp from the gutters of Wales with them. Rabies Babies make a welcome first visit to Mama Lizs and dark fen sounds to open from Coup De Tete.

If you’ve not seen the magic of The Crippens live, you really must come along to this gig.  It’s a dark and funny surreal show – with some classic songs.  Totally bonkers band of the highest order.

Pizzatramp – well you should know what to expect – total mayhem from the Welsh thrashers.   Rabies Babies make their first SCP outing – new bands are always very welcome to our family.  Our mates Coup De Tete bring their dark fenland tales and fuzzy ukelele sound to open the party up.

Tickets £10

The Scary Clown Presents Snuff, The Crippens, Werecats, Haest and FATF

We are very happy to finally bring SNUFF to Mama Lizs!  Duncan Redmonds has tweaked the lineup and returns with a bang!  This is one of a handful of warmup gigs – so something special

The Crippens return to Mama Lizs after storming Skate Aid 6 with an amazingly weird and wonderful set. Do. Not. Miss!!!

Werecats arrive in Stamford after to drench you in their unbelievable catchy bubblegum flavoured punk. We’ve been trying to get them up to play one of our gigs for years!

Haest deliver south coast punk from members of Matilda’s Scoundrels, the Barracks, Wizard Fight and the Dead Anyways.

A new local band, Fuzz and the Felts make their Scary Clown debut.

Skate-Aid 6 DIY Punk All Dayer

Skate-aid 6 with Wonk unit

14 acts, one massive all dayer of a punk gig!  Our Skate-aid 6 all-dayer is our biggest diy punk gig of the year, taking over upstairs and downstairs, inside and outside!  We start with three great bands downstairs, then back up to the beer garden for an amazing vegan BBQ outside by our good mates at Resist! Vegan Kitchen.  Enjoy the June sun as you chill with a cold drink, decent food, great company, and FOUR acoustic acts in the back bar.

Probably a specially brewed beer again, helping to raise money for Skate-aid charity.  Possibly a few stalls too – and all in aid of Skate-aid charity, raising funds to put skate-parks in some of the worlds most deprived areas of the world.

Our headliner is once again the mighty kings of the DIY punk scene in the UK – WONK UNIT!   Alex Wonk brings the gang back once more to play one of our gigs – it’s a Scary Clown Presents institution!
